Where did you buy?

For subscriptions purchased in the Apple App Store, Apple provides the relevant subscription management, cancellation and refund process. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, use the corresponding Google Play process.

Website Paddle subscriptions

Payments and refunds for subscriptions made through www.pershipcrm.com are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable terms and consumer protection law.

Cancellation and access

Disabling auto-renewal does not normally end an already-paid period immediately. Refunds or revocations may affect access differently. The precise terms are those presented by the relevant provider at purchase.

Consumer rights

Statutory consumer rights cannot be excluded by provider policies. Digital service withdrawal rights and any applicable exceptions must be clearly addressed in the relevant checkout process.
