Account and associated data deletion

You can request deletion of your PerShipCRM account by email even if you can no longer access the app.

Please send your request from the email address associated with the account. We may verify ownership before deleting it. Do not send passwords, payment card information or activation codes.

The request covers account and related subscription records held by us. We cannot remotely delete personal CRM content stored only on your phone; please remove that content on your device. Some billing records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Cancelling an active subscription managed by Apple, Google or Paddle may require a separate action with the relevant payment provider. Requesting account deletion does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
