About the app
PerShipCRM is a personal relationship management application for iOS and Android phones. Contacts, goals, tasks, reminders and relationship history are stored on the device. The corporate website does not provide access to this CRM content.
On-device data and exports
CRM content is primarily stored on the phone. An export initiated by the user is saved to a destination chosen by the user. The device operating system and any selected sharing service may process exported files under their own terms.
Account, access and subscription
Identifiers, subscription status and verification information necessary for sign-in and entitlement checks may be processed on the server. Exact fields, legal bases and retention periods must be verified against the production system before app release.
Payment providers
Apple handles in-app purchases on iOS, Google Play handles in-app purchases on Android, and Paddle handles purchases made on the PerShipCRM website. Each provider may process billing and transaction data under its own terms. Minimal Design Hungary Kft. may process transaction identifiers and statuses necessary for access management and reseller commission accounting.
Reseller code
When a reseller code is entered, the associated reseller identifier may be linked to subscription transactions and commission records. Entering a code does not by itself guarantee a reduced store price; applicable offers are displayed at checkout.
Security
Keeping personal CRM content on the device is a core product principle. Server-side account and subscription records are protected by access controls. Data flows and security measures require release-stage verification.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and other privacy rights by contacting minimaldesignhungary@gmail.com. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Account deletion
You can initiate account deletion through the relevant feature in the app or via the dedicated page linked below. Deleting CRM content stored only on your device may also require an in-app local deletion action; the provider cannot remotely erase content it does not hold.
Retention and legal bases
Depending on the processing activity, legal bases may include performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests. Specific retention periods, recipients, international transfers and deletion procedures must be validated against the live implementation and legally reviewed before app release.
